At the “Estado do Sítio” exhibit (Choque Cultural Gallery), BijaRi transfers experiences and questionings from public art works to the inner space of the gallery without leaving behind the critical and ironic content of such works.Twelve items make up the exhibit, including objects, light sculptures, installations, and video mappings. Here, the group is interested in reflecting over undeclared states of siege that permeate daily life: from private dimensions to collective ones in a connection with the concept of democracy and market. The exhibit is a poetic comment about the dynamics of human tensions and the types of power and seduction that arise therefrom, either being confronted with each other or not.
